How the calculation works
30-day route = 3 × (30-day quote + fee per fill). 90-day route = 90-day quote + fee per fill.
A worked example
Three $12 fills with $3 delivery each cost $45. One $35 fill with $5 delivery costs $40: a $5 difference over 90 days. These are illustrative amounts, not pharmacy offers.
