What is included?

Every search checks the sources below. A source without a matching current amount still appears in the comparison. No match means our selected snapshot has no usable quote, not that a pharmacy cannot fill your prescription.

How to compare the results

Search the name as written on your label. Add strength and form to narrow results. Combination products require all component names, a listed brand name, or an exact NDC; a search for hydrochlorothiazide alone excludes losartan-hydrochlorothiazide and other combinations. Release descriptions such as ER and SR remain distinct. Brand names are not automatically substituted with generics. For a precise package lookup, use an 11-digit NDC or a 5-4-2 hyphenated NDC. Sources without verified NDCs cannot match an NDC search.

Pharmacy amounts are dated estimates. Conditional program amounts may exclude fees or supplies. NADAC describes pharmacy acquisition costs; Medicare MFP describes program negotiated prices. Neither predicts your cash price or copay. Benchmarks are never multiplied by your quantity to create a supposed retail price.

RxPass results match Amazon’s public medication and form list. Strengths and quantities are not supplied in that list: a strength in your search does not verify that strength’s eligibility, and a quantity does not change the monthly subscription fee. Form and release words still narrow matches, and NDC searches cannot match these listings. The fee covers eligible medications together, with Prime membership charged separately. Confirm the exact prescription and your eligibility with Amazon.

Cash snapshots expire after 48 hours; reviewed program amounts have their own deadlines. Expired amounts are withheld. CMS references retain source dates, including future applicability periods. Check the original source before making a decision.

International prescription prices

Canadian results cover selected Ontario formulary products in CAD. UK results cover selected NHS Drug Tariff Part VIIIA packs for England and Wales in GBP. French results show BDPM public pack prices in EUR, Swedish results show TLV AUP selling prices in SEK, and Danish results show Medicinpriser retail pack prices in DKK. These European pack prices are before individual reimbursement or subsidy. Source units and pack sizes stay unchanged; quantity filters do not scale these amounts. Currencies are not converted or ranked against each other. International products preserve their source names and identifiers. Selected European ingredient and dosage-form aliases support English searches; US NDC searches do not match them. Some ingredients have different local names, such as salbutamol. No brand substitutions are inferred.

What about insurance and other pharmacies?

We do not have your insurance benefit, live inventory, or complete pharmacy coverage. GoodRx, SingleCare, Amazon Pharmacy, and other services may have prices that are not in this database. Check additional services directly, then use the cash vs. copay calculator with verified totals.

Private search, static website

Search runs on this device using the page’s published snapshot. No prescription searches are sent to a pharmacy, analytics, or advertising service, added to URLs, or stored. Reloading clears the entries. Opening a source link takes you to that provider under its privacy policy; we do not append your search to the link.
