How the calculation works
Total for each pharmacy = (quote per fill + additional fee per fill) × number of fills.
A worked example
A $10 quote plus $7 delivery costs $17 per fill. A $14 quote with free pickup costs $14. Across four identical fills, the totals are $68 and $56. These are illustrative amounts, not pharmacy offers.
