Amazon Pharmacy says it accepts most insurance plans and also offers purchasing without insurance. Its how-it-works page explains checking both options. Confirm your specific plan, product, and quantity rather than interpreting “most” as universal acceptance.
Cost Plus Drugs publishes product-specific terms. For example, its Invokana product page says insurance is not currently accepted for that product, while its Xeljanz product page states insurance is required. Do not infer a site-wide insurance rule from one listing. Find your prescribed product and inspect its terms.
